How can we help you?

What are the requirements for cooperation?

For the perfect collaboration, you’ll ship at least 50,000 pieces annually or be a large brand with a DTC focus.

Which marketplaces can I fulfill with F2X?

We offer fulfillment for all marketplaces in Germany and can meet the necessary SLAs. We can also service all relevant European marketplaces.

Which products cannot be fulfilled by F2X?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept your fulfillment if you are shipping the following assortments:
• Food (temperature controlled or frozen)
• Nutrition
• Animal products
• Chemicals & Hazardous Materials
• Car parts

How long does the onboarding phase last?

We can connect your system to the F2X platform with a few clicks. For individual integrations, we support you with the connection, whereby the time frame depends on the project scope.

To which warehouse do I send my goods?

Depending on the assortment, initial quantity and your requirements, we will select a suitable location for you from one of our more than 15 warehouses.

How long does it take from receipt of goods to availability?

By default, your items are in stock within a maximum of 48 hours on weekdays.

How are the goods packed in shipping?

We ship your orders in our neutral shipping packaging. Depending on the assortment, we offer boxes and shipping bags. For large volumes, we can speak to individual shipping solutions.

Can I include flyers or other promotional materials?

Yes, flyers and inserts are possible and are part of our value added services.

Can bundles be packed?

Yes, we can also package and ship your products as a bundle.

What are the cut-off times?

Our cut-off time for your customers’ orders for same-day delivery to the carrier is 6 p.m. or later, so delivery is usually the next day.

Which countries can I ship to?

F2X ships to Germany and Europe as standard, and worldwide upon request.

Which carriers do you offer?

In standard we ship with Hermes Germany in Germany and DHL internationally. However, we have connected the most important carriers and can therefore offer a multi-carrier selection.

What is the average shipping time?

The duration of delivery takes 1-2 business days on average.

How do I manage my inventory?

We play the inventory back to your system. In addition, you can view and manage the inventory at any time in our platform.

What connections does F2X provide?

We have interfaces to many systems. In addition, we have an Open API, through which any system can be connected. Our sales team will be happy to look at the different possibilities with you.
